Products

All our pieces are made of high quality materials with the finest craftmanship. Unique certifications are provided for proof of authenticity. If you care for them as we recommend, you will enjoy them forever.

All of our pieces are handmade by artisan fine jewelry makers and goldsmiths in China and the South Pacific regions. 

Our gold, silver, pearls and gem stones are all sourced from reputable sources. All stones are conflict-free and ethically sourced.

Our collections of modular fine jewelry essentials are designed where timeless beauty meets exquisite craftsmanship. We are famous for jewelry that dazzles, quality that lasts.

Shipping

All standard orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped which will contain your tracking number. Any items not received within 20 days of receiving the tracking link should be reported to us to investigate.

We deliver to all UK addresses

There is an additional delivery surcharge to the following areas (subject to change):
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and the following postal code areas: DG, EH, FK, G, KA (1-26, 29, 30), KY, ML, PA (1-19), DD, PH, AB, IV, KW (1-14), PH (19-40, 49, 50).

Please contact us before ordering from the above areas to confirm the correct applicable surcharge, alternatively we will contact you regarding this after your order has been placed.

1) Standard: (2-7 days): £6.95.

2) Next Day(1-2 days): £11.95

The cut-off time to ensure you receive the item the very next day is 12pm, orders placed after this time may arrive the following day.

As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. All orders placed after 12 pm are processed the following day. Our courier will then pick it up from us and be on his way to bring the pieces to you. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at info@virtuecreations.co.uk and we will let you know where your package is.

Terrible when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your purchase hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at info@virtuecreations.co.uk

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at info@virtuecreations.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

Billing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.

We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
