Delivery Information

All standard orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped which will contain your tracking number. Any items not received within 20 days of receiving the tracking link should be reported to us to investigate.

Delivery Selections

All standard delivery items will typically arrive within 2 – 7 working days.

Next Day delivery orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK Mainland and Wales, then delivery may take slightly longer.

Confirmation

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ensure items are properly insured during transit. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the courier.

Deliveries dispatch Monday throughout Saturday by 3:00 PM. Products ordered after noon are dispatched the following day.

Your Order

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the courier’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel is dispatched. You will ordinarily receive a notification from the courier to indicate when delivery is expected, unless you have opted out of that particular service directly.

Couriers

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email.

  • When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping courier, when your order is dispatched.
  • Please allow at least 12 hours for the courier’s website to update before searching for your tracking report.
